You may return an item for a refund within 14 days of delivery. Return credits are issued once the item is received and inspected by the warehouse. Upon approval you will be credited for your purchase amount less the return shipping costs.
Items must be in new condition and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund (please do not modify the product in any way).
The following items cannot be returned:
Items Marked “Final Sale” (clearly indicated on the sale page before placing your order)
What if My Order Arrives Damaged?
We package all of our products well so they arrive on your doorstep snug, safe, and secure. We double-box many items to help insure this. If an item does arrive damaged, please notify us within 7 days. We're happy to replace the broken item.
What if there are missing parts?
If you receive your item and there are parts missing please notify us within 7 days. We will ship you the missing pieces.
Local Store Pick Up Furniture
When your pick up the new furniture in local store, we encourage you to take the following steps:
Inspect the box for damages. Make sure the product name and model number match up with your order confirmation. Upon removal of all packaging, inspect the product. If you received the wrong one or it arrived damaged, do not accept pick up: alert your representatives so we can arrange for a prompt replacement. Keep in mind that as soon as your furniture is installed, it cannot be returned. If the product you ordered arrived as expected, yet you'd like to make a return: You may return your furniture for a refund within 7 days of pick up so long as it is returned in its original packaging, a 20% manufacturer's restocking fee may apply. Contact Blue Pineapple prior to making your return. Return credits will be issued within 24 hours once the furniture is received.
As stated at the time of your purchase, clearance items cannot be returned. Clearance items are FINAL SALE.
